If yesterday, you did "B", Workout 1 of StrongLifts, or 2 of StrongLifts, you may do "B" today or rest.
If you rested yesterday, you may do your StrongLifts routine. If you did Workout 1 most recently, do Workout 2 today and vice versa.
If you rested yesterday and have not yet participated in a StrongLift routine, you can start today with Workout 1, do "B", or rest.
Confused? Me too!! Just consult your trainer for answers.

Given her overall strength and all the hard work she's been putting in the last few weeks I am in no way surprised that Lupe crushed the front squat!

Good, put up a picture of Carrie and I together so there is no confusion of who is who. Never mind that she has a beautiful face, now she has a rocking hard body to boot.
I knew someone was capable of getting a new front squat record today, but I had no idea it would be Lupe who has NEVER front squatted before. Not only did she knock Cindy's previous record off the trophy board, she gave me no hope of ever getting up there for front squat myself. 170X3!!
Since Andy hasn't dropped weight yet and Barbara won't let me see the scale, I'm making them both WORK for any Valentine's Day cheat they were planning. Andy, you are single, so you just don't get one! Barb, you get to row a 5k in addition to your next planned WOD.
