North Workout
Look at the following sets of exercises...
3 x 50 Double-Unders (If you've ever done more than 25 unbroken, DO 75!)
3 x 400M Run
3 x 500M Row
Above we have 9 Total Sets. Pick ANY THREE of the 9 sets and complete them as quickly as possible. Rest 2 Minutes Minimum after the 3. Pick 3 of the remaining 6 sets and repeat, again resting for a 2 Minute Minimum after completion. Do the same with the remaining 3 sets. ANY ORDER!!!
South Workout
Front Squat
5-5-3-3-3
then:
7 Minute AMRAP
7 Thrusters
7 Pull-ups

Apparently his "secret" is to stop up his GI tract with as much red meat as possible. Then go to mom's house and eat what she makes as a side dish. He has until Friday night to lose 4lbs or I'm pulling down the BGI logo on his truck and sticking up LA Fatness bumper stickers. Birthday's are NO excuse!
Lupe and Homer have already reached their 10lb goal and are now working on picking up the slack for the AM team. Really, I'm captai_ of the slackers? Ah NO! I have 3 weeks to lose 4 more lbs and I suggest the rest of the AM people who have not been pulling their weight (pun intended) get on it! You can do ANYTHING for 3 weeks! If I see alcohol or sugar on the last week of food journals, you WILL be doing burpees FOREVER while attending AA meetings and Sugar Buster interventions.

ANDY! I see a plus 4 pounds next to your name on the challenge board. Let's get that diet program in gear brother. I see that truck driving around with more BGI tags on it then a railroad car with gang signs. We may have to get a razor blade on that window or some black spray paint if you don't get in gear.
